What is Onexposure?

Onexposure is an artsproject and a photo community with a difference. Take the most talented photobloggers of the web and other famous photographers as well as many serious amateurs, select their best work and put it all in one place - there you have Onexposure. Everyone is welcome to contribute, but every photo is screened, which means it has to be approved by an editor before being published. Onexposure is like a constantly evolving high class photo gallery with new art every day. We don't judge over good and bad, or over art, we merely decide if a photo fits into our gallery or not. Like in an arts gallery, you can buy many of the photos as prints and hang them on your wall.

	Basic membership This level of membership will always be free. Being a member means you can write and read in all of the forums, organize favorite photos into albums, add photographers to an interest list and save addresses when you send OEcards. You can also take part of member screening to influence what's being published.
	Bronze membership For only 39 USD/year you will get more upload slots, you will be able to upload to the forum for critique without submitting the photo to screening and you can make your own exhibitions. You need bronze or bronze premium to be able to be awarded with silver or gold membership.
	Bronze premium membership For 99 USD/year you will get all the benefits of bronze membership as well as a professional personal homepage and image hosting. There are no limits on uploads, you can customize the design and organize your photos into smart galleries with only a couple of clicks. You can also transfer all of your published and rejected photos of Onexposure in one single step. You can redirect your own domain, like http://www.yourname.com/ to the personal homepage. If you wish, your site will be advertised on My.Onexposure.

	1. RULES FOR ALL MEMBERS

1.1 You are only permitted to have one account. If your account is banned, you have to wait for the ban to release before you can login again.

1.2 This is a site for serious photography. Uploading anything illegal or offending will cause a permanent ban.

1.3 You must be the photographer and have the copyright, or at least the permission of the copyright holder to use it for this purpose, of the photos you upload.

1.4 Keep your password safe and don't let anyone have it. If you believe that you lost your password, contact the site crew.

1.5 Your e-mail must be valid!

1.6 We encourage you to comment on other's photos - both good and bad is welcome. If you don't like the photo, only write a comment if you give constructive tips on how to improve it. Always use a polite language, never write in anger and don't insult anyone. Be sensible when you write critique and be careful not to hurt anyone's feelings.

1.7 When writing in the forum always use a friendly language, like stated in 1.6. When writing in the photo critique forum always give specific reasons how the photo can be improved. Don't just write that you like or dislike the photo, explain why you think that.

1.8 It is not allowed to question the screener's decision to accept or reject a photo from another member, in photo comments and the forum. If you disagree about the rejection of one of your photos, send an email to the site crew instead, carefully explaning the qualities of your photo.

1.9 Linking to photos on onexposure.net is only allowed by following the rules and using the code provided in "Link to photos from onexposure.net". This information can be found below every photo and in "Account". Adding this code somewhere on a site on the Internet will result in a thumbnail of the photo, which if it's clicked will lead to the onexposure.net website. By registering you agree, that thumbnails of your photos can be displayed in such links.

1.10 Violation of any of the rules above will lead to a warning. Further abuse will lead to a time-limited ban. If the abuse continues after that the user will be permanently banned and IP-banned. Any payments for premium membership will not be refunded if a user is banned. If the violation of the rules is serious and obvious the user's account will be closed immediately.

2. PRIVATE INFORMATION AND UPLOADED PHOTOS

2.1 Uploaded photos and your personal information will be stored on our servers and in our database and displayed on onexposure.net and nowords.nu. Your personal information can not be changed or removed, and your uploaded pictures will not be deleted, without the consent of the site crew. Your email address will not be shared with anyone except the site crew.

2.2 If you wish to end your membership, all your uploaded photos will be deleted after three months, but you won't be able to come back if you change your mind.

2.3 Onexposure uses cookies to store session information to keep you logged in.

3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

3.1 Onexposure can not be held responsible if the site is unavailable, any errors occur or if you lose data.

3.2 Onexposure can not be held responsible if you are caused any damage or loss, economical or other, by using this site or any of our services.

3.3 The person uploading a photo is responsible if he/she is not the copyright holder and this causes a copyright infringement, or if the photo includes illegal, defamatory or slandering content. Onexposure can not be held responsible, however such content will be removed upon request.

3.4 The person writing comments on photos or in the forum is responsible for any illegal, defamatory or slandering text. Onexposure can not be held responsible, however such content will be removed upon request.

3.5 Payment made for extra services, like bronze membership, is not refundable.

3.6 Any photo, photocomment and forumpost can be deleted at any time and any reason, by the site crew.
